Vent Leaks

The before picture shows where the loss started, an air vent leak that was caused by a pipe in the ceiling that was very old and needed to be replaced. The extent of the damage was removing the affected ceiling to ensure that no microbial growth would be able to grow. The after picture was taken only days after the incident because the homeowner didn't know how long the leak had been happening and wanted to take care of it quickly. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the end results, and the best part was that there was no mold anywhere!
