Manuel Corral

Manny is our Chief Operating Officer and Principal. Manny has over 15 years of experience in construction and has managed large mitigation and reconstruction projects. Manny is happily married and has 3 lovely children.

Luis Castro

Luis Castro is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Moorpark / Fillmore / Santa Paula. Luis enjoys family time and fishing.

Kat Lund

Kat is a Claims Manager that provides excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge to all of the claims she manages. Kat works well with others and is an excellent communicator.

Billy Orbach

Billy is our Sr. Xactimate estimator. Billy holds a BS in Architecture. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Abraham Rodriguez

Abraham Rodriguez is the Lead Technician. He has several years of experience and has an IICRC certification. Abraham is a big animal lover and hopes to one day join the fire department.

Jeff Zimmerle

Jeff is the Project Manager. He has approximately 10 years of working experience with large mitigation and restoration companies. He is primarily in the office coordinating all of our team members and documenting job files.

Paul Catilo

Paul has an accounting background and extremely proficient with quickbooks. He is in charge of accounts receivables. He has a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing. He is a wonderful person and a joy to work with.

Alex Herrera

Alex has more than 15 years experience in the water restoration and mitigation filed. He is our Senior Project Supervisor and manages our projects from start to finish. He is excellent at his job and has a great attitude.

Jon Hill

Jon is our Staff Accountant and is responsible for collecting on all claims, whether it be from insurance companies, homeowners, or other. Jon is always smiling and brings light to our office.

Artemio Diaz

Artemio, also known as 'Junior', is one of our project managers and does a great job of providing our state of the art work practices to all of our clients. Junior has a great work ethic and is always happy to be of service.
