This hotel suffered a large water damage that affected multiple floors and hundreds of rooms, without realizing some of the rooms were affected microbial growth began to form. SERVPRO of Moorpark/Santa Paula/Fillmore was brought in by a sister SERVPRO to provide equipment, labor, consumables, and knowledge. As a Large Loss Restoration Team we have the capability and capacity to handle relatively any size job. Once the microbial growth was identified our technicians worked quickly to remove all affected materials, as the hotel was still being occupied by guests in other floors that were not affected by water or mold.
