We had a kitchen fire, and the SERVPRO team was amazing the whole way through - initial consultation and scope of work, friendliness of staff, care for our belongings, which included boxing up and labeling much of our kitchen, cleanliness during demo, communicating what they were doing, what was next, timeline, Daily updates to the insurance company - they made us feel like they cared and were here to help us - which is rare but so welcomed.

I want to compliment SERVPRO Simi Valley on their recent handling of my fire claim. SERVPRO did a wonderful job of handling the work from start to finish, the communication to us was great and all work was professional. They responded quickly and this helped minimize potential further damage to our home. Overall, we found the staff to be extremely efficient from beginning to end. Based on our experience, if we ever had another claim we would use them, but we will of course refer them to friends and family. 

We experienced a small fire in our garage and needed some help to remove all the burnt walls and items. SERVPRO was great at helping us through the process and storing our items until our garage was ready for use again. We have told all our friends and family about their great service. 

SERVPRO holds a good name in the industry but this particular SERVPRO has been a delight to work with. I am a property manager and use them for all of my properties. Recently I had the unfortunate experience of being on the other side of the fence and had a small fire in my apartment. Alan and his team took such good care of me. I highly recommend this company. The ownership is very helpful and the staff is very professional.

After a fire broke out in our condominiums we were referred to SERVPRO of Moorpark/Santa Paula/Fillmore because they are a Large Loss Response Team and we had a large fire damage. Through the whole process everyone was pleasant to work with, they treated our tenants extremely well and communicated professionally with the HOA.
